Bongo not loading

Bongo will not load. I need access so I can do my Homework. These intermittent access issues are very inconvienient. I must be able to do my work when I have time available, as a busy working adult with a wife and baby, These issues are very frustrating. I still cannot access Bongo.

Looking for certain jeans

I did not receive the correct response. The server indicated that the email address provided for BONGO was incorrect. What gives? I simply desire a smaller size in the same color jeans. The jeans are new and the tag is still attached as proof.

My shipments are never shipped directly. May go to 5-6 different locations many No where close to my address. This is ridicules! Never meets arrival dates! As much as 1-2 weeks late. No excuse! UPS has much Better service! Expect to see Fed ex to go out of business. I give them a year maybe 2

I bought a pair of nice fashion sneakers from Aureus but they do not ship outside of US. So I went searching though the internet for a service that can get the shoes and send them to me.

I found Bongous International (so unlucky!). I was so happy until the shoes arrived...

I bought a pair of nice fashion sneakers from Aureus but they do not ship outside of US. So I went searching though the internet for a service that can get the shoes and send them to me. I found Bongous International (so unlucky!). I was so happy until the shoes arrived at Bongous warehouse. The price of the shoes with free shipping to the warehouse is 68$. Now they want me to pay 200+$ for shipping them to me(France). This includes shipping and some duty taxes that are 2x the the price of the actual product. I contacted them and they told me that this is the correct price!

I am not an *** to pay this! I will buy 3 pairs for that amount of money here! This is nothing but a scam!

People please!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GREEDY BASTARDS!!!

i used Bongous for the last 2 years , First time they was good , shipping rate and handling was good, but This year they become greedy and scammers , i bought 2 Cellphones from amazon to my mailbox in BONGOUS , they received my items , i was have a problem with my credit card , so i contacted the bank about that , and the Bank issued a new credit card for me , I tried to use my credit card to pay for Bongous service the first time they rejected my credit card , i contacted the bank again and the bank told me that i entered wrong expire date , i tried again with correct details , the same problem they rejected my credit card payment , i contacted the bank again about what happen , the bank told me to wait for 3 days to make sure that my information showed up in the bank system , i said no problem , after 3 days , i tried to open my Bongous , But the banned my account , and they tells me that the reason is Fraudulent activity , OMG , i'm old customer with old payments and deals with them , i tried to contact them but their customer service is Sucks , they tells you the same word "Fraudulent activity" i asked for details , and they replied with this f***in mail , you can see it in attachments , they told me to contact amazon , i did and sent them return label , but they refused to give the carrier my items , Don't use BONGOUS , they are scammers

Cannot get my refund - 4 months later

We ordered an item from another company that used bongo to process our payment, product did not show up for weeks beyond the "$80 express shipping I paid for" This product was for a young man with dev't diabilities, who was hurting himself. Had to purchase product elsewhere, we cancelled our order, 4 months later, I am still fighting to get my $230 back! Terrible, unreliable, and has ruined the reputation of the company I ordered from. We will not order from them again, and I do make a point

I am an avid bongos wearer the apt three times I bought boot cut bongos at sears the left legs immerses would be in the middle of my thigh and you have to keep turning the pant leg back towards the middle so disappointed with this and no way to contact the company.

Bongo is a WAISTE of your Money

Hi, I have been a bongo customer since February 2010. At the bigining they offered great services, then the number of clientes increased and they started to expand the business, then the qualiity of services rendered started to decreased exponentialy. They have increased the volumetric weight of my shipments several times in order to overcharge me so other scam methods... In february this year I requested them to ship a 2015 model TV which was worth over 2000 USD. I received a useless TV with a broken screen. They shipped the TV with no FRAGILE labels on it nor any sort of protection (Fedex tracking number: 780201****85). On March 4th reported what happened and their fisrt response was like we are not paying you (even though the merchandise was covered under Bongo damage insurance). After exchanging several emails they sent me a note stating that my claim was aproved and the claim amount to be paid was $2430.27 USD. They also stated that the payment would be made via check and it could take 45 days to be processed (it was back in March). I have been chasing them since then and now they do not even bother to reply to my emails anymore. If you are trying to do business with these guys, PLEASE DON"T... Don't waste your Money and time with them like I did .. They are not trustworthy Pedro (Customer number: 30697)

BongoUS - Worst. Mail Forwarder. Ever.

I am an American living overseas and we have been Bongo customers for 7 long miserable years now and have given them thousands of our dollars. In my eyes, a mail forwarder's job is to : 1. Stay in one place. 2. Receive my mail. 3. Forward it on to me. Simple right? Wrong. Bongo has completely and utterly failed at all three seemingly simple objectives. 1. They move more then we do! In the 7 years that we have been customers they have moved at least 3 times. This has meant that we had to go through the trouble of changing all of our addresses on all of our accounts because they sure as heck didn't forward our mail on to their new address as one would expect mail forwarders to do. 2. In our minds, one of the main reasons to keep a US address was to receive financial correspondance in order to keep our US financial accounts going while were living overseas. Little did we know that checks and new credit cards would destroyed WITHOUT ANY SORT OF NOTIFICATION. Tax return check, gone! New credit cards, gone! Gift check from uncle, gone! When I found this out, their lackluster customer service representative's response was "didn't you read the policies?" By the way, I still have not found any place on their website where I can find this information. Not only are checks and credit cards destroyed but ALL YOUR MAIL IS DESTROYED if it is stored there for more than 21 days WITHOUT NOTIFICATION. What the *** am I paying $30 a month for then? I was also completely unaware of this until today (when I cancelled my account). Again their lackluster customer service representative's response was "didn't you read the policies?" By the way, I still have not found any place on their website where I can find this information either. 3. IF you have any mail that has not been destroyed you will be charged ridiculous prices to have that mail forwarded to you. My last (and lightest) shipment contained about 10 pieces of paper but cost me over $50 to be sent over. Not overnight, mind you, it took something like 5 days to get to London. Absolutely ridiculous. So, after 7 long disappointing years I can honestly tell anyone who is even thinking of opening a Bongo account. DON'T DO IT! THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR MAIL / PURCHASES / ANYTHING. Do not make the same *** mistake I did in trusting them with my mail. GOOD RIDDANCE.

Jumper fell apart at the seems on both sides and front, complete rag

Purchased a one piece jumper for my daughter from Kmart, in Fitchburg Massachusettes. She wore it once to school. After only washing it once on gentle cycle, the side seems had completely frayed and all down the front. It's not fixable as there's a liner in the way. I'm VERY disappointed with this item as it was very poorly made. I have always had excellent experience with Bongo clothing, this was my first bad experience. I am hoping there is a way you can rectify this as we are out the money and the jumpsuit now. Please respond, thank you!
